Terms & Conditions
Effective August 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the EP Business Consulting, LLC website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Website Information
Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. It may be updated, corrected, or removed without notice. Content is not a substitute for advice based on the facts of a specific matter.
2. No Professional or Client Relationship
Using this website, sending a message, requesting information, or scheduling a consultation does not create a client, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, lender-borrower, or government-representative relationship. A consulting engagement begins only after EP Business Consulting and the client agree in writing to the scope, responsibilities, fees, and other engagement terms.
3. Scope and Professional Limitations
EP Business Consulting, LLC is a business consulting firm. It is not a law firm, CPA firm, financial institution, lender, grant agency, investment adviser, or government agency. Website content and consulting services do not constitute legal, tax, investment, securities, audit, attestation, immigration, or government-agency advice or representation. Qualified licensed professionals should be consulted when those services are required.
4. No Guarantee of Results or Approvals
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue, profitability, financing, grant awards, licenses, permits, registrations, tax treatment, regulatory acceptance, or any other result. Government agencies, financial institutions, program administrators, and other third parties make their own decisions.
5. Business Formation, Funding Readiness, and Regulatory Support
We may organize information, prepare business plans and projections, develop document checklists, explain general administrative steps, and support readiness for discussions or applications. We do not act as the issuing agency, lender, grantor, attorney, customs broker, CPA, or licensed food-safety professional unless a separate qualified provider is engaged.
6. Bookkeeping and Payroll Information
Bookkeeping and payroll support depends on complete and accurate information supplied by the client. Clients remain responsible for reviewing records, approving payroll, safeguarding credentials, maintaining required documentation, and meeting tax, employment, and filing obligations with appropriate professional guidance.
7. Florida Notarial Services
Notarial services are limited to acts permitted by Florida law, require satisfactory identification and the personal appearance or authorized online appearance required for the notarial act, and do not include choosing, preparing, interpreting, or advising on legal documents.
8. Appointments and Communications
Appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation. EP Business Consulting may call the telephone number submitted for a scheduled consultation. Email, website forms, and appointment descriptions should not contain passwords, full Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or highly sensitive records unless a secure method has been specifically arranged.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services such as Microsoft Bookings, email providers, hosting providers, government websites, and regulatory resources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of accuracy, availability, or suitability.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use this website unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; interfere with website operation; collect data through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; or submit false, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, layout, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to EP Business Consulting, LLC. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business reference, but may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit the website without written permission.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EP Business Consulting disclaims warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EP Business Consulting, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on website information, or third-party services. This website limitation does not replace any separate written engagement agreement.
14. Privacy
Use of information submitted through the website is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These website terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law and any controlling written engagement agreement, disputes concerning website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
